Here, you will find a young couple working hard to give you a nice dining experience, with a selection of the best local products you can find in the region.
The duck, the lamb and the beef we use is breed nearby, and we only use fresh and raw produce to make our cuisine. We also offer an original vegetarian alternative!
This year 2018 we decided to give a japanese touch to our cuisine, to take you with us ona travel experience mixing our terroir with overseas.
However, our cuisine is local, and we keep a large space for good wines, using only small vineyards from Gaillac terroir. We offer you a large choice of organic and natural wines from the region. Check out the wine list!
