Here, you will find a young couple working hard to give you a nice cooking experience, with a selection of the best local products you can find in the region.
The duck, the lamb ant the beef we use is breed on the nearby, and we only use fresh and raw procucts to make our cuisine. We also offer an original vegetarian alternative!
This year 2018 we decide to give a little Carribean touch to our cuisine, to bring you with us in a travelling experience mixing our terroir with overseas.
However, our cuisine is local, and we room a large space for good wines, using only small vinyards from Gaillac terroir. We offer you a large choice of organic and natural wines from the region. Check out the wine list!
